  • From your own funds, you need to make a guaranteed investment for five years of CAD $800,000.

After the five-year term, your investment will be reimbursed, and no interest will be paid for the same. The immigrant has to make this payment to a financial intermediary, who has been given the authority to collect the payment. This intermediary will invest a capital of $800,000 in the name of the immigrant.


Quebec Investor Class

Under this circumstance, you might be eligible for the Quebec Investor Class program. You should be able to invest CAD $1,200,000 at the minimum with a financial intermediary in Quebec.
